2026 Abbeystowe Challenger Clash – Co-hosted by Team Vultures Sunshine Coast

Now in it’s third year, the Abbeystowe Challenger Clash welcomes Buhurt teams across Australia to compete in an official Buhurt compeition. Experience two days of steel-on-steel combat with teams from across Australian and New Zealand. Between rounds, have a wander through the medieval village for some retail therapy and delicious foods, stop in at the Abbeystowe Bar for a refreshing drink, or enjoy a live performance.

Catch all the medieval, armoured action in Moreton Bay, Australia – hosted by Team Vultures Sunshine Coast and the Abbey Museum of Art & Archaeology. This 2 day Challenger Tournament is recognised as an official international event with Buhurt International.
