Kabi Kabi Guided Tour with First Nations Artist Lyndon Davis – Dolphin Calling Point

Kabi Kabi Man Lyndon Davis sits on rock at Sandstone Point

Join Kabi Kabi Artist and local educator Lyndon Davis for an afternoon walk on Country along the Sandstone Point foreshore visiting ancient sites of great cultural significance.

Lyndon will share local Indigenous stories and  Kabi Kabi language with identity and history of the region. The tour will include a Bush Tucker walk with native plant identification, while walking to Dolphin Calling Point, where participants will hear stories of the traditional hunting practices.

Tickets $12 Adult | $8 Child (5-12 yrs, must be accompanied by adult under supervision)

Meet 1pm Godwin Beach (see maps below)

WORKPLACE HEALTH AND SAFETY

All sites and parks visited are maintained by City of Moreton Bay.

All walking tracks are in good state / condition

HOWEVER, ROCKS ALONG WATERFRONT BECOME SLIPPERY > CAUTION CARE MUST BE TAKEN AT ALL TIMES

Closed in comfortable NON-SLIP walking shoes are recommended

Please bring your own clean drinking water.

All attendees should be aware of the importance of culturally significant sites, respecting and following cultural protocols while visiting these sacred areas.
