Abbey Trivia Night – “Art and Literature”

October 1, 2022 @ 6:00 pm 9:00 pm

CALLING ALL TRIVIA TRAGICS! Come along and enjoy lucky door prizes, raffle prizes and challenging trivia questions! Our Trivia Night will test your knowledge on all things to do with the Arts and Literature.

Cost: $15 per person (includes supper) School aged children FREE

Time: 6pm check-in for a 6:30pm start

Raffle tickets will be sold on the night at $2 each or 3 for $5. Indulgences (answer purchases) will be paid for at the end of the evening.

Things to study…. famous opening lines of novels, famous authors (especially Australian, but also Shakespeare!), art movements, famous paintings and statues. Do you know which novel opens with “the story so far; in the beginning the universe was created.”? Or which of Shakespeare’s plays is set in Denmark? Can you tell us where the statue of Sir Donald Bradman called” The Final Salute” is located?
